Koch & Köchin

When the owners of Koch & Köchin first reached out to us, they were only selling on the Amazon marketplace. We were asked to transform that into a successful online store. That's when the brand Koch & Köchin was born. Koch & Köchin supplies high-quality kitchen knives, cookware and kitchen utensils throughout Europe & the UK.

We first started with the branding. Being that they were selling Swiss and German made cooking supplies. we came up with the name Koch & Köchin which means - Cook (male) and Cook (female) in German. Once the logo was ready, we designed the Koch & Köchin Shopify store. In this highly competitive market. the website stood out with its easy navigation and ordering process. We then moved on to implementing Google Ads campaigns.

We analysed and considered each element: design, user experience, customer journey, the growth and expansion and long-term strategy. The results were an immediate success, with an increase in conversions at strong ROAS.
